  2. The address book is a great place to store the e-mail addresses
  3. you use so you don't have to type them over and over.
  4.  
  5. To enter names in the address book:

  7. 1. On the Windows menu, choose Address Book.
  8. 2. Click New User on the toolbar.
  9. 3. Enter the information in the fields. Tab to move from field
  10. to field.
  11. 4. Click Save.
  12.  
  13. Now all you need to do is type the first few letters of the
  14. personΓÇÖs first name in the To:, CC: or BCC: field of the message,
  15. and their name will automatically appear.  Once their name
  16. appears, press the comma key to move to the end of their
  17. name and begin typing the next name.

  19. We realize that you have about a billion addresses already
  20. entered in another e-mail application. We can import Address
  21. Books from Netscape Navigator, Claris Emailer and Eudora Pro.
  22. For more information on importing, choose Help from the 
  23. Apple menu, and then click Work with the Address Book.
